Monterinaldi has always been attentive to the environmental impact that may derive from the excessive use of pesticides and fungicides, preferring discreet prevention techniques as opposed to polluting remedies.

The 2018 harvest also marks an important moment for us in this respect, because we’ve concluded the so-called “conversion” period, or rather the three-year period during which the treatments in the vineyard were checked and certified by an external body.

Actually, we followed the same protocols even in previous years, because respect for the environment in which we live, and which we will leave to future generations, is an ethical aspect that concerns all of us.

As a result, we also have official certification for the 2018 wine production and for our extra-virgin olive oil.
